Elise Sterritt, FNP-BC, is a board certified Nurse Practitioner and Primary Care Provider. Licensed to treat patients in Nevada, Illinois, and Florida. Elise strives to provide her patients a positive experience while providing excellent, quality medical care. She has extensive background in advanced nursing, coaching, nutrition, aesthetics, and wellness, which allows her to work together as a team with her patients.

Elise was born & raised in Chicago, IL. She has an awesome teenage daughter, two cats, and a golden retriever. She enjoys watching sports, spending time with family and friends, and traveling.
